AGS Workshop-Saxifraga with Adrian Young

This event will be held at Waterperry Gardens (Waterperry, Oxford, OX33 1LA) where leading expert in the Genus Saxifraga Adrian Young will show us his wonderful collection of Saxifraga (and many other Alpines) grown to perfection, and cover the following topics;

• Cultivation of Porophyllum and Ligulatae Saxifraga- Kabschia and Engleria plus Silver Saxifraga
• Raised bed and pot cultivation
• Growing Saxifraga in Tufa blocks
• Taking Saxifraga cuttings and potting up rooted cuttings
• Growing Saxifraga from seed
• Hybridising Saxifraga

There will be plants, seeds, books and sundries for sale, as well as the excellent shop at Waterperry itself.
